From handling disciplinaries and discrimination claims to advising on corporate governance and mergers, Sekoya provide strategic legal support tailored to each client. As a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society, I also lecture at industry conferences. In 2022, I was honoured with the ‘Judy Award’ from Your Partnerships for my contributions to both the network and the wider community.

Now a partner in a leading HR consultancy, Sekoya, I support companies across sectors with all aspects of people management. Originally from Tamworth, I relocated to the Southwest in 1997 and continue to be passionate about driving high performance through effective, values-led HR practices.
