As a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society, I also lecture at industry conferences. Having worked at board level in large corporate organisations, I bring strategic insight and hands-on expertise to every client engagement. Now a partner in a leading HR consultancy, I support companies across sectors with all aspects of people management. Originally from Tamworth, I relocated to the Southwest in 1997 and continue to be passionate about driving high performance through effective, values-led HR practices.
